Start of Training 2025 – Five New Trainees at NORO

Last Friday, Nevio Köstermann, Angela Philipp, Thies Havekost, Tizian Wesely, and Marietta Sprenger had their first day of training with us. After our HR Manager Sianka Schlaak introduced them to the company, everyone gathered for a small welcome breakfast. During this time, some initial questions were answered and a few organizational matters were taken care of. Of course, a group photo was also a must.

Nevio (Accounting), Angela (Front Desk + Marketing), and Thies (Purchasing) have started their apprenticeships as industrial clerks. Tizian is now part of the team as a warehouse logistics specialist. Marietta, who has already been with the company for some time, is now training as a construction mechanic in manufacturing.

Next week, the five will also take part in a company tour.
