Price adjustment from 01.09.2021

Price adjustment effective from 01. September 2021

Dear Sir or Madam,

As you are aware, extensive increases in the cost of raw materials as well as increasingly frequent delivery bottlenecks due to a shortage of materials and increased logistics costs have led this year to price adjustments.

In order to be able to cover the costs incurred, we introduced material surcharges in June.
However, as there were difficulties with the implementation and the calculation of the prices with many customers, we have decided to dispense with the material surcharges from 01. September 2021.

With this letter, we are instead announcing a price adjustment effective from 01. September 2021 that will bring the price level up to about that of the prices with the material surcharge.
This adjustment will result in discountable prices for you once again.

From 01. September 2021, our prices will increase as follows:

  8 %   on stainless steel and other materials
23 %   on mild steel

Exceptions:
  8 %   on galvanized clamping rings
  8 %   on all articles with actuators
