Chronology

Our firm was born in 1983 in Twistringen, as MT Metallbau Twistringen GmbH from parts of the long-established company of A.H. Meyer GmbH.

After a successful market entry and continuous further development then additionally NORO Gesellschaft für Rohrsysteme mbH was founded as a distributor in 1987.

In 1997 both companies were merged to become one, the current NORO Gesellschaft für Rohrsysteme mbH.

In 2006 the German-Russian joint venture NBM (Nowgorod Bielefeld Metall) was founded in Welikij Nowgorod. more…

In 2010 NORO was ISO 9001:2008 certified by DEKRA.

In 2011 the construction work began for our new building in Rehden. If everything runs smoothly, the relocation or moving in should be completed by the beginning of 2012.

Profile
As a manufacturer of pipeline and distribution systems our products find applications in the most diverse of branches:

  • Pharmaceutical industry
  • Environmental technology

Our product range includes a standard range of pipes, mouldings and distribution systems with diameters of 80 to 600 mm made from steel (powder coated or galvanised) and chromium-nickel steel as well as associated pipe connection elements. Alongside our catalogue range we offer our customers made-to-measure custom products.

We carry out important work steps such as powder-coating, rolling, stainless steel shot blasting etc. in-house.

We employ around 50 workers in the development, the production and the sales of our products. In addition we regularly provide trainees with training in our various departments.

An important part of our company philosophy is solution-oriented consulting. Our skilled employees take personal and prompt charge of your concerns. We receive support for this from our national and international representatives. Through this intensive cooperation and the exchange with our customers products are improved and re-developed for the benefit of all customers.
